Return period: For goods purchased from Bubblems, you have a 14 day no reason return period, calculated from the date of receipt of the goods. If the product has quality problems, you can contact us by email:bubblems@hotmail.com

Return conditions:

1. Keep the original appearance of the product, without washing, wearing, or damaging it, and it will not affect secondary sales.
2. Please attach the complete original packaging, accessories, product labels, invoices, and other items when returning the product.
3. If there are quality problems with the product, please provide clear photo or video evidence.
4. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company  you choose.
5. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return process:

2. After the customer service staff approves the review, the return address and return instructions will be provided.
3. Return the product according to the guidelines. It is recommended to use a recorded mailing method to track the logistics information.
